Remote Online Notarizations (where allowed). Requires an internet-connected device, valid photo ID, and a webcam/microphone. Additional identity verification fees may apply.

I can act as the employer's authorized representative for Form I-9 Section 2: I will examine the employee's original identity and work authorization documents and complete the employer-signed portion. Note: the employer remains legally responsible for the accuracy and completion of the Form I-9; I do not provide legal advice. Please confirm employer instructions prior to booking and bring original documents (no photocopies).

I assist with car title transfers and related notarizations. I can witness signatures, and notarize required documents. Please bring the signed title, valid photo ID for all parties, and any required forms from the Motor Vehicle Administration.
